Buying wines

What wines do you carry?

You can check out our portfolio here. Alternatively, if you don’t see what you want in the portfolio, just drop us an email and we’ll be able to help you out.

How can I place an order with you?

You can also drop us an email with the details of what you would like to purchase. We will usually respond to your queries within 48 hours.

How do you keep your wines stored?

How can I be sure that your wines are authentic and that they will be in good condition?

We take great care to ensure to protect the provenance of our wines. It is for this reason that our wines are always sourced from trusted private cellars and direct from the Chateau, and never bought from auctions.

The entire shipping process is tracked and quality-controlled to ensure that the quality of our wines are always protected, and never compromised.

Delivery & Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our standard delivery is within 3 working days if the wines are in stock. If we do not have the wines in stock, or have to specially source them for you, it might take us a longer time. We are usually able to advise you on this on a case-to-case basis.

Do you deliver internationally?

For the time being we specialise in deliveries within Singapore. If you have a special delivery request, you can also drop us an email and we’d be happy to see how we can help.

How will the wines be shipped to me?

For private clients, all of our wines are delivered in our custom cooler bags to ensure that your wines are protected. For wholesale orders, our wines will be delivered in a temperatue and humidity-controlled refrigerated truck.

Payment & Refunds

What if my wine arrives and is damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, then please contact our Customer Service team. We’ll arrange for the damaged order to be collected and a replacement order sent out as quickly as we can.

What do I do if my wine is faulty?

If you suspect your wine to be corked or faulty, please drop us an email. We’ll arrange for the out-of-condition wine to be collected and a replacement order sent out as quickly as we can. If we no longer have stock of the wine, a credit for the original purchase price of the bottle can be arranged.

How do I make payment for the wines?

You can make payment to us via bank transfer. Our bank account details are:

Do you organise any wine-tasting events?

We do organise wine events from time to time. Follow our Instagram or Facebook page, or sign-up for our newsletter to be updated whenever we have any upcoming events.
